Nature’s Way Monday, Apr 23 2007

Today I was packing to move out and discovered I had some natural skin moisturizers in the bathroom that I hadn’t used before. I believe I received it as a gift and just put it away not thinking twice about it. But since I was packing stuff I decided to try it to see if it was worthy of my skin. Oh my goodness!!!! I love it! I wish I hadn’t just brushed this wonderful gift aside. I wonder if it will seem weird to the person who gave them to me a few years ago if I call and say, “By the way, the natural products you gave me were amazing.”

Funny Cosmetic Comment Wednesday, Nov 15 2006

I’m sitting here worrying if my eyemakeup looks alright, and some girls are worried if their butts will fit into their tight jeans. So funny. I guess there is more to life than worrying about such shallow topics. I’ve learned I am a bit obsessive.. I’m getting better though. My boyfriend is helping me outgrow this addiction. Perhaps one day this blog will be gone, and I’ll be more obsessed with my career or lov e:)

Ordinary Makeup Days Tuesday, Nov 7 2006

Not much is happening this week. Got a call from my cousin, she is shipping out my makeup soon. I ordered some from her salon, that has half priced cosmetics. I also got b’day money from grandma, so I’m going to buy some natural products here. Aside from that, nothing exciting is occuring. I may go on a date this Friday. If that happens, I need a new lipgloss for kissing. haha

Halloween Mishap Wednesday, Nov 1 2006

So I went out with my wonderful false eyelashes, all dazzled up. Everything was great until I had too much to drink, and my eyelashes started to fall off! One got stuck in my lid, because I used too much glue. I ended up crying my eyes out, while my best friend had to pry it out. It was the worst pain. After that, I didn’t have much motivation to celebrate Halloween .Cosmetics always ruin the fun.

Fake Eyelashes and Halloween Makeup Thursday, Oct 19 2006

On Friday I’m going to the first Halloween party of the season. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? I’m going to be a nurse and wear bright red heels. My outfit is clearly white, so I can do any type of cosmetics. I’m thinking hugeeeee fake eyelashes, and then maybe some deep blue eyeshadow.  Meg thinks i’m crazy if I dont wear my fishnets or push up bra. I am not very endowed when it comes to cleavage, so perhaps it is necessary.

Makeup is my life Tuesday, Oct 10 2006

I sound so shallow when I say that.  Makeup is my life. How did I end up like this? Of course makeup can make you look great and really accentuate your features. But when you use it to hide everything inside of you, and overapply it just to get a boy to turn around one more time is pathetic. I’m stronger than that. I don’t need deep red lipstick every morning just to get a few glances. Right?
